David Uosikkinen’s In the Pocket plays the “Essential songs of Philadelphia” within a concept that often includes the original artists. He’s one of those people you have heard a thousand times but you might not recognize his name. Most notably, Uosikkinen was the drummer for the Hooters. I caught In the Pocket at WXPN’s XPoNential Music Festival shortly after they started in 2010.
